Room Rental Requirements

We accept College Students, age 18-28. (If below 17 years old, parental consent is required). Single in marital status with no children.

We use a tenant screening process that may include employment verification, rental history, credit history, criminal background, and identity verification.

For International students we request documents such as Passport, F-1Visa and I-20 Form, and Student ID to verify current enrollment status with your college/university.
